Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the carrier in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the item is free of pet hair or debris.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
